Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Job Functions:

  • Assist with supporting all aspects of the Oracle E-Business Suite (ESB), ADP Vantage and other financial or business applications;
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify and develop solutions;
  • Assist with implementation of new features and software solutions;
  • Interface with end users on functional issues;
  • Assist with documenting functional processes and developing new processes;
  • Develop test plans, provide testing documentation, and perform testing activities;
  • Assist with training sessions and documentation;
  • Contribute to a positive team attitude;

 

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • SQL and PL/SQL coding knowledge a plus;
  • Functional experience with Oracle EBS modules for Projects, Financials, HR a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Oracle E-Business Suite;
  • Excellent customer service skills, work well with end users to solve issues;
  • Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed;
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Organized and detailed oriented;
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is a conditio of employment.  Background check and motor vehicle checks may be reuquried based upon position.

Performance Expectations

  • Complete Annual Individual Training Program
  • Complete other duties as required/assigned
  • Comply with all KCI policies and procedures
  • Provide timely and helpful customer service in a positive and professional manner
  • Analyze business needs and provide application support to administrative departments
  • Implement changes in company policies into business systems
  • Mentor business power users on best practices
  • Inform your manager and CIO of recurring problems
  • Work with third party resources to help support the business systems
