Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Key Responsibilities:

 

Trade Show/Conference Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategy for trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage logistics, including exhibitor requirements, coordination, registration, and attendee communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product and consulting services teams to ensure alignment on event goals and strategies.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis.
  • Create and/or coordinate development of promotional materials and campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Attend trade shows/conferences as needed. Lifting or moving boxes/display booths, etc. and exhibit booth assembly is required.

Lead Generation:

  • Implement and manage lead generation strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure leads are properly qualified and followed up on.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and campaign data.

General Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Support brand consistency across teams and marketing efforts ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Support the development and maintenance of websites and digital presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for various marketing projects.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Specialized Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, trade show coordination or similar experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
