Duties, Responsibilities & Other

  • Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work in  part of a major project or in total project of moderate scope.
  • Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features; such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
  • Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents in the speciality area and a good knowledge of principles and practices of related specialists.
  • Candidate must have worked on all phases of design and have been involved in industry related services of a project.
  • Good problem solving, communication, and technical writing skills are required.
  • A solid background of reliability, commitment to task and project completion and success is required
  •  PE or ability to obtain PE within one year is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Appropriate graduate level work is preferred.  
  • Minimum of 4 - 8 years of professional experience.  
  • Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
