Position Summary

The Field Technician II / Maintenance Worker performs technical field tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This role works closely with team members, clients, and supervisors to execute project requirements in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and KCI policies. The technician actively participates in cross-training to strengthen team capability, communicate workflow needs, and learn from senior technicians.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform day-to-day field crew activities as directed and defined in the Scope of Work.

• Accurately record and report daily forms per project requirements.

• Adhere to project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Review assigned work prior to starting and perform all tasks per applicable industry standards and client requirements.

• Inspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission.

Position RequirementS:

• Working knowledge of operation of equipment supplied by the Contractor and other equipment utilized in performing the activities defined in the scope of work
• Possession of a Class B Driver's License

Education and/or Skills Required:

• This is an entry-level position
• Highschool Diploma/GED

Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain required certifications.

• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
