The Construction Managment Service Line Leader (SLL) at KCI is responsible for overseeing and managing a comprehensive business unit comprised of similar technical practices (RPs). This role entails financial accountability for the unit's profit/loss, including marketing, general, and administrative overhead expenses. SLLs are tasked with supporting and optimizing the performance of their team members and practices within their Service Line, while also collaborating with service line leaders within their region as well as those in other regions. They play a critical role in achieving annual budget and business plan objectives and contribute to the overall success of their region and the company as a whole. As part of a matrixed organization, SLLs are expected to actively support regional growth and performance while aligning with the goals of the Region Executive.
