We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support our Building Structures practice. This role will lead and coordinate drawing standards, workflows, and technical production for structural engineering projects, while serving as a technical resource for project teams across offices. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of structural design documentation, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent
professional experience.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in mentoring technical staff.
• Prior experience serving as a subject matter expert and providing technical guidance.
• Familiarity with ISO compliance requirements and quality management systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in the field in which they are a Technical Lead.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:
• Master’s Degree or any other advanced degree
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:
• Ability to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Training within six months of start date.
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Preferred:
• Professional license or certification within the field of expertise preferred.
