Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare survey drawings and maps using CAD software based on field data
  • Draft boundary, topographic, and construction surveys under supervision
  • Import, organize, and process survey data from GPS, total station, and field notes
  • Assist with revisions to plats, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits
  • Follow drafting standards, company procedures, and surveying regulations
  • Coordinate with surveyors and project team members to clarify data and corrections
  • Maintain organized digital project files and documentation

Qualifications

Education and/or Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Knowledge in required design software
  • Entry level position

Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:

  • Understanding of drafting fundamentals is preferred.

Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:

  • Valid Driver’s License
