The Senior BI Developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and governing high-quality business intelligence solutions across KCI’s enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365–driven data. This role combines advanced Power BI development, semantic modeling, data visualization, and business analysis skills to transform trusted, curated data into clear, visually polished dashboards and intuitive reports. The Senior BI Developer plays a key role in helping Finance, Operations, project-based teams, and leadership understand performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
This position reports to the Technical Operations Manager and partners with report developers, application developers, Functional Analysts, and the Data Operations Manager to deliver analytics solutions that are accurate, scalable, secure, visually effective, and aligned with enterprise standards. While deeply hands-on, the Senior BI Developer operates with strong ownership and judgment, bringing together technical expertise, design thinking, data quality awareness, and stakeholder communication to advance BI best practices, data literacy, and adoption across the organization.
